BREWING SUCCESS: A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN
As a Service Technician, you are the face of our company, representing us with every
customer interaction. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing
coffee equipment at client locations and performing benched equipment repairs at
the company facility. This role ensures equipment operates efficiently and reliably,
providing high-quality coffee experiences for customers.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping workplaces energized, relationships
strong, and coffee service running seamlessly. Through dependable service and
quality products, you’ll help our customers stay productive, connected, and satisfied
throughout their day—because life is simply too short for poor service or cold
coffee...unless it’s iced!
