calls, including installations, preventive
maintenance, repairs, and equipment
removals at customer locations.
Be the equipment expert:
Understand specifications, service
requirements, and products for all accounts
while training customers on proper use.
Hands on:
Refurbish and repair coffee equipment,
maintain tools and parts, and keep the
service area clean and orderly.
Deliver great service:
Communicate customer needs to the
team and ensure every service call leaves
customers satisfied and caffeinated.
Drive with Pride:
Maintain your service vehicle, keep it
stocked with parts, follow safety rules, and
support delivery routes when needed.
Stay organized and accurate:
Complete paperwork, service orders, and
reports in a timely manner, while
managing daily receipts, parts, and
inventory.
