Since 1988, First Choice has delivered premier office coffee and water service,

building on the international expertise of our parent company, Daiohs Corporation.

Today we serve apartment complex managers to Fortune 500 companies with the

most complete range of offerings for the workplace kitchen and breakroom. It’s all

here—beverages, snacks, equipment, and service.

We offer more than 100 coffee choices, including nationally known roasters as well

as locally roasted coffees. Our customers can also opt for the classic assortment of

drinks such as soda, sports drinks, juices, bottle water and more. On the snack side

of things, our customers can choose quick and easy grab-and-go snacks from the

world’s top snack brands or even turn their breakrooms into a single-serve ice

cream parlor with our portable and counter top friendly ice cream machines. We

offer a wide range of options that can cater to all tastes and dietary preferences.

could be your perfect blend. As a Service Technician, you’ll be the office hero—keeping

equipment running smoothly so our customers stay caffeinated, happy, and ready to conquer

whatever comes their way.

Your Daily Grind:

Keep the coffee flowing:

Perform scheduled and emergency service

calls, including installations, preventive

maintenance, repairs, and equipment

removals at customer locations.

Be the equipment expert:

Understand specifications, service

requirements, and products for all accounts

while training customers on proper use.

Hands on:

Refurbish and repair coffee equipment,

maintain tools and parts, and keep the

service area clean and orderly.

Deliver great service:

Communicate customer needs to the

team and ensure every service call leaves

customers satisfied and caffeinated.

Drive with Pride:

Maintain your service vehicle, keep it

stocked with parts, follow safety rules, and

support delivery routes when needed.

Stay organized and accurate:

Complete paperwork, service orders, and

reports in a timely manner, while

managing daily receipts, parts, and

inventory.

Brewing your Skills: Training the First Choice Way

Learn by doing:

Hands-on, on-the-job training provided from

day one.

Shadow and grow:

Work alongside a fellow Service Tech or

Operational Supervisor until you’re confident

with the basics. Expand your knowledge

and take on more responsibilities as you and

your supervisor are comfortable.

Stay sharp:

Ongoing equipment-specific training

offered through in-person sessions and

Zoom meetings with manufacturer reps.

Simple installs, no stress:

Our installs are straightforward (we’re not

plumbers!), and you’ll get the training you

need to feel comfortable.

We’ve got you covered:

All tools, supplies, and company-logo

apparel are provided (no need to buy your

own toolkit like in other industries).

As a Service Technician, you are the face of our company, representing us with every

customer interaction. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing

coffee equipment at client locations and performing benched equipment repairs at

the company facility. This role ensures equipment operates efficiently and reliably,

providing high-quality coffee experiences for customers.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping workplaces energized, relationships

strong, and coffee service running seamlessly. Through dependable service and

quality products, you’ll help our customers stay productive, connected, and satisfied

throughout their day—because life is simply too short for poor service or cold

coffee...unless it’s iced!

ROUTE INCENTIVE PROGRAM

Service Technicians

In additional to your regular hourly pay, you will also receive a monthly bonus based

on the completion of customer filter changes:

Qualifying parameters:​

The entire branch must have completed a minimum of 95% of filter changes and

equipment sanitations.

Each month the above is accomplished, you will receive a $150 bonus.
